• All prices mentioned are in Danish kroner (DKK).

• Seller’s Commission: 18.75% including VAT.

• Cataloging Fee: DKK 50.00 including VAT. Covers the costs associated with the sale, including cataloging, imaging, and advertising.

• Buyer’s Premium: 25% including VAT.

• Artist Royalty Fee (VISDA): 5% resale royalty on the hammer price and auction costs of 25%. The resale royalty is collected by Svendborg Auctions on behalf of the rights holders' collective organization Copydan for artworks covered by the law. No Copydan fee is required if the individual artwork costs less than DKK 2,235 at the hammer price (excluding VAT, but including the premium).

Other Fees:

• Storage Fee: If purchased items are not collected within the collection deadline, Svendborg Auktionerne has the right to charge a storage fee of DKK 400 per month including VAT, starting from the day after the collection deadline.

• Interest: In the event of late payment of an invoice, Svendborg Auktionerne reserves the right to apply interest on overdue payments in accordance with applicable law.

  Reminder fee: DKK. 100.00 per reminder.
