How to exercise your right of withdrawal

LIVE auctions:

All purchases at LIVE auctions are binding. This applies whether you participate physically in the auction hall, via live stream, or with a commission bid. You do not have the right to withdraw from purchases at LIVE auctions, as also stated in our Terms and Conditions.

ONLINE auctions:

As a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from purchases at ONLINE auctions within 14 days after receiving the item – either personally, via a representative, or through a carrier.

HOW TO PROCEED:

1. Fill out the Notice of Withdrawal form on this page and click Submit.

2. Download the form – click here, complete it, and e-mail it to withdrawal@svendborg-auktionerne.dk.

Once we receive your form, we will send you a confirmation and instructions for returning the item (if applicable).
