To make collection as smooth as possible, please note the following:

• Bring your own packaging and wrapping materials.

• You are responsible for carrying and loading your items, as our staff cannot assist with lifting or packing. For your convenience, we provide sack trucks and furniture dollies to help you get the items to your car.

• Items must be collected before the deadline stated on your invoice.

• If someone else is picking up on your behalf, they must bring a written authorization (or send it to us by email in advance) and present valid ID along with the invoice number.
