Participate through live stream

To register for a live auction, you first need to create an account on the auction website. Once logged in, you can enter an auction live stream from within the auction catalog, when the auction begins. 

You can watch the live stream by logging into your account and go to the auction catalog page and . There, you will find the "Live Stream" button, and this opens the live stream player, where you can see and hear the auctioneer and start the bidding.

Make sure to turn on sound on your PC and on the live stream player as well.

While watching the live stream, you can place your bids on the "Bid" button. 

You need to login to be able to place bids.

Although the auction platform works to minimize delays, there may be a slight delay of a few seconds. It's important to stay alert and place your bids promptly.

If your bid wins, you will see a message: "You have won lot no. xx. Congratulations!". 1-3 days after the auction, you will receive an invoice by e-mail, and you will be able to download the invoice from your account on "My pages" and pay it directly.  

No, all bids are binding and cannot be cancelled. Please make sure to double-check your bid before submitting it.

According to our terms and conditions, our auctions are held in accordance with Danish auction legislation. Auctions are held as traditional live auctions, and as such, there is no right of withdrawal, not even for bids via live stream or absentee bids.

The auction catalog is available on the Auctions page. You can review it before the auction to plan your bids.

If you are outbid, the bidding history will show, that a new and higher bid has been registered. When it is your bid, the bidding history will say "Your bid".

You can choose to place a new, higher bid, if you wish to continue bidding, until the Auctioneer has declared the winning bid.
