How do I pay?

After the auction, you will receive an invoice via e-mail with a summary of your purchases and the total amount due. The invoice is also available from "My pages" on your account. From the same page it is easy and secure to pay the invoice directly with the "Pay" button. 

Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Please ensure payment is made within the specified deadline.

We accept payment via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro and American Express), via bank transfer, PayPal, Mobilepay and cash in DKK or EUR currencies. 

Payment must be made within the due date specified on the invoice. Timely payment is essential to avoid additional fees and to ensure you can collect your items.

Yes, it is possible to pay upon collection, but we recommend paying in advance to speed up the collection process. 

Collection can take place at our auction house in Svendborg during opening hours. You will find the collection deadline on the invoice. 

We need all available space in the auction house to bring in new consignments, so please make sure to collect in time, also to avoid additional fees. 

Yes, please bring a copy of your invoice or payment receipt and a valid identification. If someone is collecting on your behalf, they will need to bring a power of attorney. 

Bring also wrapping and boxes to transport your items. Read more about collection, transport and dispatch here.

Yes, we offer shipping of smaller items for an additonal fee. Please contact us for a shipping inquiry. For larger items, we recommend a list of transport companies

We send a payment reminder, upon exceeding due date, and in case of continued non-payment, we send a reminder letter with an additional fee, just as we reserve the right to charge late payment interests in accordance with current, Danish legislation. Please refer to our price list for listing of fees.

No, all auction purchases are binding and cannot be returned.  

Svendborg Auktionerne is a traditional auction house, subject to Danish auction legislation. As such, there is no right of complaint regarding the purchased effects, not even if it turns out that there are errors or omissions, or if the catalog text is incorrect.

Better call us during inspection periods to get a condition report.
